You will extend what Joule can respond to by building custom Skills that execute rule-based, repetitive tasks, as well as Agents that can execute complex business scenarios with iterative reasoning. The exercises will guide you to build your first skills for updating an SAP backend, then build an agent to orchestrate the scenario using Document Grounding, an MCP server, and the skills you already built.
